Terms & Conditions for booking New Years Eve events at Raffles Hotel

The Terms and Conditions set out below outline the usage policy governing the New Years Eve events at Raffles Hotel. By agreeing to purchase tickets for any of the events all visitors agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

All sales on tickets are final and no refunds or changes are allowed. All Tickets must be booked and paid for in advance.

Tickets + booking fee are booked online by debit or credit card and once a transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your purchase and ticket information.

Set menu bookings will be allocated on shared tables of 10 people, please inform us if you are wanting to sit at a table with another booking. We will try our best to accommodate these requests.

The Blue Lagoon event has no seating allocation.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to avoid the non – receipt of your ticket.  If you have not received your ticket, please check your Junk/Spam Folder.

Please note that this is a live booking system and ticket availability will decrease according to as they are booked.

Please ensure to be at the event approximately 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the event. Please allow extra time during bad weather and peak traffic times. The packages start and finish as per the ticket information, not your arrival time.

Please ensure to bring your ticket to the event.

Dietary requirements are catered for, but notice but be given prior to the venue.

The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals or remove those who attend this event if they are found to be in breach of Responsible Service of Alcohol, acting inappropriately and making other customers feel uncomfortable.

The Management may carry out professional photography and videography recordings on some of the events for future promotional purposes.

Raffles Hotel reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event without notice for any reason. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be offered the option of a refund or re-book for another event (subject to availability). We will hold no further, or other, liability whatsoever for the cancellation or postponement of an event including, but not limited to travel costs, scheduled time off from employment, emotional distress, disappointment etc.

Along with notifying customers of any potential cancellations or postponements, our Website and Facebook page will be updated regularly with any postponements or cancellations.
